• The $69 Individual Package is the lowest-cost bundle, and includes a Last Will & Testament, Living Will, and Durable Power of Attorney. This package allows unlimited changes for 6 months, but does not provide documents for the spouse of a married individual.
• The $129 Married Couple Package contains all the items in the Individual Package, plus documents for an individual’s spouse.
• The $299 Homeowners Package contains all the items in the Married Couple Package, plus the ability to pass on your home to heirs without paying additional court fees. It also includes a Transfer on Death Deed.
• The $399 Ultimate Care Package contains all items in the Homeowners Package, plus physical documents delivered overnight, and premium customer support.

Willing is known for its low prices, ease of use, and the ability to make unlimited changes to your estate planning documents, over a six-month period.

You can change answers, reprint, or edit your forms as often as you like, with no additional fees. Some competitors, including LegalZoom, only provide editing capabilities for 30 days.

Willing gives you more than just a will. You get a range of estate planning documents, including a Living Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Last Will and Testament, Revocable Living Trust, and Transfer on Death Deed.

Willing’s online Learning Center contains educational articles about wills, estate planning, probate and more, written for non-lawyers. You don’t have to purchase any services to access these resources.

When we analyze customer support, we are looking for: (1) online resources that allow customers to help themselves, and (2) ease of access to real people.

We like Willing’s library of resources related to wills and estate planning. They also make it very easy to quickly create your estate planning documents online.

Willing.com lists a phone number for customer service: 855-856-1381. Interestingly, there is no “Contact Us” page on the website, and no listed email address. We searched through the website’s Terms and Conditions page, though, and found the following email address: [email protected].

We tested the email and got an automated response immediately.  The following day our request was answered. A response within 24 hours is acceptable.

Like most of their competitors, Willing is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

As stated above, customer service appears to be a problem with Willing.com. Another negative factor is the lack of immediately available information about their packages and pricing.

Each of Willing’s document bundles includes a “Moneyback Guarantee,” which states that users may get a full refund if they are unsatisfied or change their mind.

Bequest, Inc., the parent company that owns Willing.com, was founded in April of 2016. The company has provided nearly half a million wills since its inception.

Sensitive Personal Information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, and access to your Willing account requires a username and password. Willing does not sell or transfer your personal information, except as outlined in their privacy policy.

Willing’s parent company, Bequest, Inc., has an A rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). At the time of this Willing review writing, it also has two customer reviews on the BBB website, with an average of four stars.

Willing has an impressive 4.3-star average rating on Groupon.com, with 3,466 Willing.com reviews, at the time of this writing.

We also found a few helpful individual reviews, on the Penny Hoarder, My Money Blog and Consumers Advocate websites.

Willing.com reviews are generally positive and indicate that the software is reliable for creating an online will, especially for the average person who does not have a complex or large estate to pass on.
