IN NO EVENT WILL BIZFILINGS BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INCONVENIENCE CAUSED BY FILING ERRORS THAT RESULT FROM CLIENT-PROVIDED INFORMATION. BIZFILINGS' AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU AND/OR ANY ENTITY FORMED BY YOU FOR FILING DEFECTS CAUSED BY BIZFILINGS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE.
